Truck loads come out of PKB’s Florida and New Jersey inventory, so you’re buying product that’s already built and boxed, not waiting on production.

Preparation for shipment

In-stock orders typically prepare for shipment in 2–4 business days. Cabinets ship disassembled in flat pack boxes on pallets, and logistics schedules the most efficient route to you

04 · You receive

Delivery

Our trucking partners track the load the whole way. On arrival, inspect for transit damage and check the order against the delivery receipt.

Lead times vary by order size and destination. Expedited options are available for an additional fee. Shipping outside the continental US? Use the container program.

Containers are built to your cabinet list at our factory in Thailand and delivered straight to your warehouse or jobsite. No warehouse transfers, no extra handling, less freight.

  • Flat pack, unassembled. Every cabinet ships knocked down. Panels, fillers and moldings are boxed in 5s, 10s or 20s.
  • Almost 400 SKUs per color. We tailor the load to your project efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Mix colors and door styles in one container, within limits our factory specialists set.
  • Paint and stain matching through touch-up kit options.
  • Frameless construction. PKB does not currently offer framed cabinets.
  • Plan your receiving. A full container can weigh more than 40,000 lbs.

PKB coordinates customs clearance and shipping through licensed customs brokers and logistics partners, so you get the benefit of our relationships and resources. You don’t need your own customs broker, import license or freight forwarding experience to bring in a container.
