Price commitment
PKB does not raise prices during hurricanes, floods or any other natural disaster. What you are quoted the week after a landfall is our normal published pricing — the same number you would be given in a quiet week in March. Demand goes up after a storm. Our pricing does not.
Rebuild scopes
Water lines, wind damage and mold remediation each stop at a different amount of casework. Tell us which one you are dealing with and we quote against stock, not a production calendar.
Scope A · Full kitchen
Everything came out — bases, uppers, island, tops. We quote the full room in one stocked door style so nothing waits on a back-ordered finish.
Scope B · Partial
The most common flood scope: standing water took the base cabinets, the uppers are sound. We match the door profile and finish so the room reads as one kitchen.
Scope C · Bath
Single bath or every bath in the house. Stocked vanities in widths that drop into existing plumbing rough-ins, with tops available on the same order.
Scope D · Commercial
Apartments, condo associations, rentals and hospitality. Container and truckload pricing, staged delivery by building, and one repeatable spec across every unit.
Scope E · Documentation
If your carrier is paying for it, the quote has to survive an adjuster. We itemize by room and by cabinet, list the door style, finish and construction on the document, and re-issue it if the scope of loss changes. No cost, no obligation to buy from us.

Insurance claim support
Most cabinet quotes are a single lump sum. Carriers push back on those. Ours breaks the room into the same line items an adjuster is already looking at, with the construction spec printed alongside so nobody has to argue about whether it is like-for-like.

We provide the itemized documentation your adjuster needs and re-issue it if the scope changes. We do not file or negotiate the claim on your behalf — that stays between you, your carrier and your public adjuster or contractor.
Yes. Contractors, restoration companies and property managers can order direct, and higher volumes qualify for truckload or container pricing.
Residential delivery is curbside, and we strongly recommend adding a liftgate for a residential drop. Commercial sites with a dock or forklift can take it without. We can also hold a delivery date until the site is ready.
